Our best month of the year we celebrate 2 birthdays & Mardi Gras ! First Ginger will be 2 years old on the 8th of February,however we shall celebrate on the 10th, also on this same date we will be doing the traditional hair cutting fest(which can be read about in last months events)for Nova & Dzi! & Christopher with his snake on the 25th both will have great parties! for Mardi Gras we do alot of water baloon fighting with local youth, water pistols are also welcomed. This is incredibly fun! El mejor mes del año ! celebramos 2 cumpleaños y Carnaval ! En primer lugar Ginger cumple sus 2 añitos el dia 8 y en, pero lo celebramos el dia 10 (sabado) en el mismo dia realizaremos la fiesta tradicional de corte de pelo (lo caul esta esplicado en los eventos del mes pasado)para Nova y Dzidespues Cristoal y su serpiente el dia 25 ! Cada uno tendra una buena fiesta ! Luego para Carnavales jugaremos solo con agua (osea nada de pintura, etc...) con los jovens del lugar. Es lo mas divertido !

Cultivating
In Febuary we will do the 2nd & last weeding to allow for air flow thus ecologically fighting againts fungus infections. to we also plant vegtables & spices in the garden area.
El Cultivo
En Febrero realizamos la secunda y ultima desyerbada para permitir que fluye air cobatiendo ecologicamente problemas de hongos y mohos. Tambien sembramos verduras y especies en el jardin junto a la casa.
Harvest
In Febuary we harvest fruits like Avacado, tropical cherry, Mango, papaya, banana, grapes, tomatoe, chili peppers, & many kinds of vegtables & fresh spices.
It is also when we begin to harvest fresh sweet corn, beans & tapioca root.
La cosecha
En Febrero cosechamos frutas como Palta(Aguacate), ciruela tropical, Mango, papaya, banana,uva, tomate, aji y una variedad de verduras y especies frescas.
Tambien empezamos a cosechar Choclo(maiz fresca), Frejoles e yuca
