During this month of April we just finished making a new ecological hot shower system & we will be making alot of beer and preparing for easter weekend! We should be selling our arts & crafts in the close by town of Samaipata for that week end, however Jeff (brewmaster) will stay at the farm to welcome you! we also will give a name to our new born horse! En el mes de Abril recien terminamos nuestra nueva modelo de Eco-ducha caliente (hiper caliente)y estaremos haciendo cerveza casera y preparando nuestras artesanias para Semana Santa! Pensamos vender dichas artesanias en el pueblo cercano de Samaipata. Jeff quedara a cargo de la finca para hacerles la bienvenida! tambien queremos poner nombre al nuevo portillo que acaba de nacer! |

Cultivating
In April we dedicate a great deal of our time to clearing out the undesired weeds from our big cultivation field. we also plant vegtables & spices in the garden area.
El Cultivo
En Abril el cultivo requiere de limpiar el plano grande de las malezas indeseadas. tambien sembramos verduras y especies en el jardin junto a la casa.
Harvest
In April we harvest fruits like Avocados, papaya, banana, tomatoe, chili peppers, & many kinds of vegtables & fresh spices. we are also harvesting fresh sweet corn, beans, pumpkin, amaranthus & tapioca root.
La cosecha
En Abril cosechamos frutas como Palta (aguacate), papaya, banana, tomate, aji y una variedad de verduras yespecies frescas. tambien choclo, frejoles, zapallo, amaranthus e yuca.
