We raise a wide variety of animals, both domestic & wild! We find harmony in working with the land. This gives us the needed inspiration for creating art work & music. We enjoy swimming & playing many aquatic sports in the beautiful Bermejo river.

We prepare a wide variety of tasty vegetarian dishes. Depending on the season you are staying with us you can enjoy fresh fruit right off the tree along with enjoying fresh fruit juices. Any special request or diets just let us know.

Something that sets Ginger´s Paradise apart from the others is what we provide you. For example a burning hot shower. The water is heated by our homemade wood burning stove, that simultaniously bakes our bread & cooks every meal. We have three small cabins available to help accommadate you. More of the outdoors type? Bring your tent and camp in one of our many campsites. Dirty clothes? You can wash & sun dry your clothes here!
